Certificates are prepared on the engineer's device — this app runs offline and stores forms locally in the device's browser until they can be sent. Completed certificates are also stored in the company's Google Drive account. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing. We only share it where necessary to deliver our service:
We keep your certificate and the related records for 5 years from the date the work is completed. We keep them for this period so that we can meet our electrical safety, insurance and liability obligations, and so we can answer any query about work we have carried out for you. When the 5 years are up and we no longer need the information, we securely delete or dispose of it.
